- Cancellation & Modifications Policy
- Payment: required 72hrs prior to check-in date – failure to pay may result in cancellation.
- Cancellations/Modifications: 72hrs prior to check-in date booking is non-refundable & non-modifiable. No exceptions. We recommend travel insurance.
- Pricing: Rates are subject to change. When modifying direct bookings, the price will be recalculated at the new rate.
- Booking Policy
- Extending: staff have the right to refuse extension of any in-house guest, and the reason does not have to be provided to guest.
- Reservation termination: staff have the right to terminate your reservation at any time for any reason. No refund provided.
- Check-in / Check-out / Early departure
- Check-in: 2:00 PM. Photo ID & $300 security bond required. Must be 18 & over. Failure to provide Photo ID & Bond will result in the booking being cancelled without refund.
- Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check out can be requested for a fee. Unauthorized late checks incur fees.
- Early Departure: No refunds for early departure. No exceptions. We recommend travel insurance.
- Liability and Disclaimer
- Property Security: The motel is not responsible for the theft, damage, or loss of any personal goods brought into the premises.
- Parking: Vehicles in the parking lot are at the owner’s risk.
- Force Majeure: The motel is not liable for failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as fires, natural disasters, or power failures.
- Liability: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to the room or property, including excessive cleaning requirements.
- Unplanned maintenance/events: No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the Water’s Edge Management or Owners control.
- Credit/Debit Cards: when booking on any platform, including “pay at property” you authorise Waters Edge Motel (trading under Llandillo Golspie Enterprises pty ltd) to charge your card for the cost of accommodation, security bond, cleaning fees and any fee advised in our house rules.
Guest Behaviour, House Rules & Information Summary
Failure to comply with any rules listed below will result in, immediate eviction without refund and may have additional fees apply.
- No Party Policy: No warnings will be given. The motel has a strict zero-tolerance no-party policy. No loud music or unregistered guests.
- Visitors: Visitors may be allowed during reception hours but not permitted in guest rooms after reception closes.
- Smoking: No Smoking or drugs. Strictly prohibited in rooms, balcony or common areas. A cleaning fee ($200) will be charged.
- Pets: no animals of any kind on-site, in rooms or common areas. Guide dogs allowed with pre-approval of appropriate documents to management. A cleaning fee ($200) will be charged.
- No business in units: it is prohibited to conduct any form of business in the room or common areas.
- Fire detectors & unwarranted fire call outs: fire detectors are not to be tempered with in any way. Unwarranted fire call outs will be on charged to the guest.
- No E-Scooters or E-bikes: Strictly prohibited in the rooms, or in any common area.
- Missing/Damaged Items: Items missing/damaged from the room upon check-out will be charged to the guest.
- Lost key & Lock outs: Lost key fee $200 & lock out fee or call out fee $50
- Physical or Verbal abuse will not be tolerated towards staff or other guests immediate eviction will occur without refund.
- Excessive rubbish please remove excessive rubbish and smelly items from room on departure. A cleaning fee ($100-$200) will be charged.
